Introduction
Protecting your privacy is our top priority. Flow is designed to securely store and process your data. This privacy policy explains how your data is handled and what measures we take to protect your information.
What data is collected?
Flow does not collect any personal data. All tasks, categories, and settings you enter are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable the iCloud backup feature, your data will be encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud to allow synchronization across your Apple devices or to serve as a backup.
How is the data used?
- Local storage: Your tasks and settings are processed and saved directly on your device.
- iCloud backup (optional): If enabled, your data is securely stored in your iCloud account. This feature allows you to back up your data or access it on other devices.
Is data shared with third parties?
No, Flow does not share your data with third parties. If you use the iCloud backup feature, your data is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud, provided by Apple. Flow has no access to this data.
Security
Flow protects your data using your device’s security mechanisms and iCloud’s encryption. Neither we nor any third parties have access to the contents of your iCloud. Please ensure that your iCloud account is adequately secured (e.g., with a strong password and two-factor authentication).
User rights
- Manage and delete: You can edit or delete your tasks directly in the app.
- Disable iCloud backup: You can disable the iCloud backup feature at any time in your device settings. This will ensure that your data remains stored only locally on your device.
- Data removal: When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be deleted. Data stored in iCloud will remain until you manually remove it.
Changes to this privacy policy
If the way Flow handles data changes, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and notify you.
